Cancellation Policy

💰 Deposit Policy All appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required for your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being lost and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⏰ Strict Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited (not refunded or transferred). If you wish to rebook after arriving late, a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. 🧼 Clean Lashes Required & Care Tips For the best results and longevity of your lash extensions, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes—no mascara, eyeliner, or oils on the lash line. Appointments may be rescheduled or shortened if lashes are not clean, which can affect the final result. For healthier lashes and better retention, we recommend washing your lashes daily with a gentle, oil-free cleanser. This helps keep your extensions looking fresh and long-lasting. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and the schedule for all clients. *Also please note that 5% GST will be added to all listed prices on the day of the appointment.
